The Farsley Voices (Tea & Toast) for Mortal & Strong, 2025, oil on linen 30 x 40cm. Tea was a strong theme of the Yorkshire podcast recordings. The flowers are from our garden and each one represents a theme of Mortal & Strong: Daisy - new beginnings, Poppy - remembrance, Nasturtium - victory in struggle, Sweet Pea - friendship, loyalty and gratitude, Nigella - good luck and peace, Geum - protection.
